Initial Consultation
We start with a meeting to talk about your goals, style, budget, timeline, and how you want the space to function. This helps us make sure we’re a good fit and understand the scope of the project.
Onboarding and Discovery
After you decide to move forward, we gather more details through questionnaires, measurements, inspiration images, and project information. This is where we learn what you like, what you need, and what the space requires.
Concept Development
Next, we create the overall look and direction for the space, including mood, color palette, materials, and layout ideas. This is where the design starts to take shape visually!
Design Development & Documentation
We refine the concept into detailed plans, selections, drawings, and specifications so everything is clear and ready to execute. This usually includes furniture, finishes, lighting, and any other key design elements.
Presentation & Approval
We present the design to you, walk through the selections, and make any needed adjustments before moving forward. Once approved, we can begin ordering and scheduling materials, furniture and decor pieces.
Procurement & Project Management
We place orders, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and keep the project moving. This phase is about making sure the right items arrive on time and the work stays organized and on track to meet the project timeline.
Installation & Styling
Once everything arrives, we co-ordinate installation, style the space, and make final adjustments so the room feels finished and cohesive. Then the project is handed back to you!
